As usual, things are always moving ahead fast here at Rabbit Kastle. Sid & Kristen are going about their business. Hunny and Rory have been busy bunnies.
As they get more comfortable with their surroundings and us, more of their personalities are starting to shine. Hunny will lay out in the open now after dinner, and will even completely flop over on her side if Rory is relaxing next to her. Rory, has been showing off how smart he is. Our rabbits like to climb up on boxes and the furniture, but we suspect Rory has been plotting to get on top of our dining table for months. For the past few weeks he has been standing up and studying the dining chairs from various angles and vantage points. Last month he managed to hop up into the seat of our dining chairs. Well, the other night Rory saw an opportunity and he did not waste this chance! One of the chairs was pulled out about half a foot from the table’s edge and it was all that he needed to jump up there. He enjoyed his victory for a minute before Kristen convinced him to jump back down to the chair!
Dietary note: Hunny loves tangerines and Rory loves oranges!
